Custom Strategic Plan Development
We’ve worked with libraries large and small, library systems, and other organizations in Wisconsin to develop custom strategic plans. A strategic plan helps organizations make big decisions, from how to wisely use their budgets to make the maximum difference in their communities, to having a clear pathway to achieving goals. We believe every one of our members (and yet to be members) should be able to afford a plan. We offer a flexible framework that relies on data collection to help make the best decisions and is rooted in the belief that the work you do is important to your community and your community is important to your work. As part of our strategic planning process, we offer an activation session with our data analyst because we know regular assessment and evaluation of a strategic plan can provide clarity on implementing the plan and seeing an organization’s achievements of its goals.
After you complete your plan with WiLS, you can join the free Strategic Planning Peer Network, a space and opportunity for our partners to lead and contribute to ongoing conversations, discuss and share best practices for activation and ongoing assessment of their strategic plan, and to ask questions of others that have recently completed a strategic planning process.
Repeating our processes helps us learn from other communities and keep our prices down, but there is always room for customization. We listen to what you need and work with you to make it happen.
