Coming this spring, WiLS will change the Cooperative Purchasing Annual Subscription Fee model for K12 participants, a change that we hope will strengthen the service so we can continue to save you time and money well into the future. We have developed a new, tiered service fee model, with input from our Cooperative Purchasing Advisory Committee (CooPAC) and the WiLS Board, so the change is minimal for participants, the service is equitably accessible to all schools and districts, and WiLS can continue to sustainably provide the highest level service to our community of libraries and cultural organizations.
Tiers will be based on FTE, using certified enrollment data from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, to accommodate very small (up to 300 FTE) schools up to very large (10,000+ FTE) ones.

Final WiLS Cooperative Purchasing Annual Subscription Fee amounts for K12s will be available in MyWiLS in mid to late March, once DPI’s certified enrollment data for 2025 is released.
