We are very excited to share with you highlights from our work in 2023 in our Annual Report! We spent the year guided in our service development and delivery by the needs of our community of libraries and cultural organizations as laid out in the three pillars of our strategic plan – strengthening communities, fueling innovation, and supporting organizational health.
We’ve partnered with dozens of local, state, and national organizations to further our mission of helping our members do more with their time and money. We’ve convened groups large and small to help them achieve common goals together. We’ve tested out new ways of doing things and shared that work with our community to play our part in driving the field forward. We have offered our skills, our network, and even funding to help members turn their ideas into action to benefit their patrons and communities.
