WiLS Peer Council 2019 Registration is Open

Thank you for joining us for Peer Council 2019! You can find the slides from the program on the Peer Council 2019 website. 


Peer Council is the yearly assembly of librarians involved with and interested in library technical services hosted by WiLS! WiLS and the Peer Council 2019 Planning Team are excited to present this opportunity to learn new things, share information with peers, build a community of practice, and interact with a diverse group having shared common interests.

Register to Attend

When: Monday, June 3rd, from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm
Where: Third floor Community Room at the Madison Public Library – Central at 201 W Mifflin St, Madison, WI 53703 (with parking available at the Overture Center Garage.)
Cost: $50

10:15-11:15  Conforming to Destiny or Adapting to Circumstance: The State of Cataloging in 2019 with Bobby Bothmann, Minnesota State University, Mankato

11:30-12:30 The Wisconsin NACO Funnel with Denis Brunke, UW-Madison Memorial Library and Shawn King, UW-Madison Law Library

12:30-1:30 Lunch (tacos included with registration)

1:30-2:30 Productivity Tools You Won’t Believe You Lived Without! with Melody Clark, WiLS and Sara Gold, WiLS

2:45-3:45 Small Group Conversations

4:00 Tech Services Talk at Barrique’s on West Washington
